Willie holds his composure as his heart was breaking at the same time. When friendships form like this it’s indescribable the love you hold in your heart. It will pull on that heart and you will feel the love you really didn’t even know till that moment what’s existing. My heart gos out to Leon and Ray May they be singing in Heaven together. Attended a Ray Charles concert at Wente Vineyards in Northern California many years ago. It was outdoors on a perfect summer evening, and it was an amazing experience.

Way to go Norah!Great performance of my favortite song from The Kinks' Lola album. It is not often that I come across a cover of a Dave Davies' song.😇 I remember singing along with Dave & many of the fans at The Fillmore East, in 1971 to this song. The group was terrific that evening.✌️

concert somewhere around 1970 or so, New Haven CT; hitch hiked with a girl friend about 30 miles or so to a small venue to listen to Leon Russell; Great time. Loved him forever!! Can't stand whoopie, but I love the others.
